The suction nozzle weldment is a welded cavity structure that works with the fan’s negative pressure to efficiently draw debris and dust from the brush disc coverage area into the hopper – collecting in one pass what the side brushes have gathered.
Its internal airflow path is optimized to smoothly convey large particles like gravel and leaves without clogging.

Together with the fan, air duct, and debris hopper, it forms a sealed negative pressure air circuit, generating strong suction at the nozzle bottom.
This allows pure vacuum pickup of dust, sand, leaves, plastic bags, and other debris – even in dry sweeping mode without water spray, eliminating secondary dust lift‑off. Ideal for water‑scarce regions and low‑temperature operations.
